Tata Steel Tubes Division has won several awards and recognition in domestic as well as international circles including the "National Safety Award" in 1990 and CII Productivity Award for CR/ERW plant for significant improvements in productivity in 1999. It is also the first Precision Tubes Mill to get the prestigious JIPM Excellence Award (2004).

Mr Vivek Kamra EIC Tubes, receiving the Award for "Excellence in Technology" from Dr Clive Hickman, MD Tata Motors Engineering Technology Centre, at Tata Motors Vendors' Meet.

Tata Steel Tubes division has also won accolades from Volvo-Eicher Commercial Vehicle Ltd. for being the pioneer in Vendor Managed Inventory.
